Additional Information Regarding BYU Email Alias Manager, where you may not have a NetID logon:

Alias Manager allows employees, students, retirees, and alumni to create a limited number of BYU email addresses (aliases) that forward to a user-designated mailbox. These aliases may forward to a BYU-provided mailbox (for active employees, active students, and retirees [as requested by departments]) or to an external email provider like Gmail. To be clear, having a BYU email alias does not guarantee that you have a university role, which allows you to log into services/resources provided by BYU.

If you need to edit or adjust your alias but do not have a university role that allows logon using your NetID, contact BYU IT Support by calling 801-422-4000 or send an email to it@byu.edu.

Alias-only users (who do not have access to BYU resources) will receive a daily notification email listing the quarantined messages. The notification email will include a link to release each message without logging in.
